When you fill out our contact form, we collect what you type in: your name, email address, company (if you give one), project type, preferred way to be contacted, and your message.

Your browser also stores one small thing on its own: a preference for English or Spanish, saved locally on your device so the site remembers your choice. That preference never leaves your browser and isn't something we can see.

We use the information from the contact form for exactly one thing: getting back to you about your project. We don't add you to a marketing list, sell your information, or share it with anyone outside our small team.

Form submissions are delivered straight to our inbox using Cloudflare's email service. We don't keep a separate database of submissions; your message lives in our email like any other conversation.

We don't run ads, analytics, or tracking cookies on this site. The only thing stored in your browser is the language preference described above.

This site is hosted on Cloudflare's network, which, like any web host, automatically logs basic technical details (such as IP address and browser type) needed to deliver the page. That data is part of how the internet works, not something we collect or use ourselves.

If you'd like us to delete a message you sent us, just ask. Email or call us at the information below and we'll take care of it.

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Since this is a small, hands-on business, changes will be rare and straightforward.
